2015 - KISTERS acquires Hydrological Services Ltd Sydney Australia

The acquisition of Hydrological Services Ltd (HS) became effective from 01.01.2015. HS main area of expertise includes water cycle management and monitoring solutions. HS and iQuest (also a 100% entity of the KISTERS group) based in Hamilton NZ, which focus on smart telemetry solutions are already working close together since 2008. 

HS was founded in 1968 producing their water monitoring products. HS has a strong user community in Australia, New Zealand and America and throughout Asia. 

HS has a staff of 19 people located in Sydney. All Research & Development and production is undertaken out of the HS complex in Warwick Farm a suburb of Sydney. We are happy that the current team will stay on board and that Joe Caruana remains as the General Manager of HS.

The evolving environmental market brought KISTERS and iQuest together or more specifically the area of water resources management. KISTERS, with 500 staff have been very successful in the areas of water, air quality and energy management through their resource management systems. This is the case throughout much of the Northern Hemisphere, Europe and in the USA.
